check the underlay options on the properties of the view on the left side, it should be set to none

Hello ..

I have a problem .. when i installed Revit 2019 in my computer , i didn't install the templates and the libraries , then i searched about how to download and install those files , so i open this link : https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/downloads/content/autodesk-revit-2019-content.html

then i saw that i have all the templates except the architectural template

So how can i download the arcitectural template ??
